Scott Hoyland

Scott has enjoyed a distinguished career as an Executive Chef in more than one city, including New Orleans and Jacksonville. Scott worked alongside David earlier in his career in Washington D.C. after an injury ended his career as a professional hockey player.

Carter came to us over 1 1/2 years ago and took up the role of A.M. Sous Chef. That position makes Carter responsible for an amazing amount of the food you enjoy when you visit us, whether for Lunch or Dinner. The next time you stop in for coffee, remember that he got here hours before and will be here until the evening, all to be sure that you can enjoy consistent Blue Talon quality. Thank you Carter!
