Evan is a mainstay of Blue Talon Bistro.  His good natured charm and his outgoing, friendly personality have made him a favorite with our guests for years.  

What those guests likely don't know is that Evan is also an extremely accomplished fiddle player! (Violin just sounds too fancy, right?).  You can walk by outside our front door and find him fiddling away on his afternoon break or join him inside as he works his magic behind the bar.
